Train-the-Trainer Certification Program

Training instructors to deliver DCSP® or CCSP® certification programs

NCSA offers trainer certification for delivering DCSP and CCSP programs—ideal for workforce development teams and organizations with HRD (human resource development) programs that want to expand their offerings. Certifying your trainers ensures that your customers, staff, or students receive the most comprehensive and in-demand customer service skill set, backed by NCSA's 30 years of expertise and leadership in customer service.

All Train-the-Trainer options include:

• Certification in either DCSP or CCSP for each trainer
• PDF certification study guides for all trainers and students (Maximizing Customer Loyalty for DCSP or Managing Service Excellence for CCSP)
• Guidance on registering for and launching the exam

Note: Student exam fees are not included and follow the standard fee schedule on DCSP Certification and CCSP Certification pages.

Choose from the following Train-the-Trainer certification options:

Option 1 — $750

• Scheduled Zoom meeting to address program structuring and participant questions
• Includes certification exam fees for up to 2 facilitators

Option 2 — $4,750

• Scheduled Zoom meeting to review instructional guides, program structure, and participant questions
• Certified Trainers Packet, including Facilitator's Guides, along with the DCSP or CCSP PowerPoint presentation + facilitator's notes
• Includes virtual facilitator training, certification exam fees, and printed study guides for up to 3 facilitators (add more for an additional fee)

On-Site Training — Contact for pricing

• One-day on-site session with an NCSA facilitator to review content, structure, instructional guides, and participant questions
• Certified Trainers Packet, including Facilitator's Guides, along with the DCSP or CCSP PowerPoint presentation + facilitator's notes
• Includes in-person facilitator training, certification exam fees, and printed study guides for up to 4 facilitators (add more for an additional fee)
• Travel expenses billed separately after training
