Train-the-Trainer Program

Preparing instructors to deliver DCSP® or CCSP® certification programs

NCSA's Train-the-Trainer program is designed for organizations, workforce development teams, educational institutions, and HRD (Human Resource Development) teams that want to deliver NCSA's DCSP or CCSP certification programs internally.

Whether you're training employees, students, or workforce participants, our Train-the-Trainer program equips your instructors with the knowledge, resources, and instructional materials needed to confidently facilitate NCSA certification programs backed by more than 30 years of leadership in customer service excellence.

All Train-the-Trainer options include:

• DCSP or CCSP certification for each trainer
• PDF certification study guides for all trainers and students (Maximizing Customer Loyalty for DCSP or Managing Service Excellence for CCSP)
• Guidance on registering for and launching the exam

Note: Student exam fees are not included and follow the standard fee schedule on DCSP Certification and CCSP Certification pages.

Choose from the following Train-the-Trainer options:

Option 1 — $750

• Scheduled Zoom meeting to address program structuring and participant questions
• Includes DCSP or CCSP certification exam fees for up to 2 facilitators

Option 2 — $4,750

• Scheduled Zoom meeting to review instructional guides, program structure, and participant questions
• Trainer Resource Packet, including Facilitator's Guides, DCSP or CCSP PowerPoint presentation and facilitator's notes
• Includes virtual facilitator training, certification exam fees, and printed study guides for up to 3 facilitators (add more for an additional fee)

On-Site Training — Contact for pricing

• One-day on-site session with an NCSA facilitator to review content, structure, instructional guides, and participant questions
• Trainer Resource Packet, including Facilitator's Guides, DCSP or CCSP PowerPoint presentation and facilitator's notes
• Includes in-person facilitator training, DCSP or CCSP certification exam fees, and printed study guides for up to 4 facilitators (add more for an additional fee)
• Travel expenses billed separately after training
