Since 2012, the NCSA Service All-Star Awards have defined the gold standard of service excellence. The All-Stars honor and celebrate the individuals, teams, and organizations that consistently go the extra mile to provide the best in service to their customers, internal or external.

All are eligible to nominate and to receive the prestigious awards, regardless of NCSA membership status. No other honor says service all-star like the NCSA Service All-Star Award!

AWARD CATEGORIES

The NCSA All-Stars are awarded to those who have gone above and beyond in the past year to provide exceptional service to all of their customers, whether internal or external, with every interaction. You may submit more than one nomination in each category.

  • Organization of the Year
    Presented to the business or organization that consistently maintains a focused culture of service excellence
  • Team of the Year
    Presented to the group or team that lives service excellence on a daily basis
  • Person of the Year
    Presented to the individual who best exemplifies putting the customer first
  • Contact Center Representative of the Year
    Presented to the contact center customer service representative who embodies exemplary dedication to delivering top-tier service
  • Volunteer of the Year
    Presented to the individual, group, team, or organization that provides the highest level of excellence in non-compensated service

AWARD GUIDELINES

  • All are eligible to nominate and to win awards, regardless of NCSA membership status, organization size or type.
  • An individual, a team, or organization may be nominated for serving internal or external customers.
  • You may submit multiple nominations within each category, but only one nomination per person, team, or organization.
  • Nominations should clearly demonstrate how the individual, group, team, or organization:
    • Goes above and beyond regular responsibilities
    • “Lives” personal or organizational mission and values
    • Consistently provides excellence in service
  • Supporting statistics and examples will be helpful in the evaluation process.
