A few weeks ago, Michon, a friend visiting from Virginia, and I had breakfast at Eggy’s Neighborhood Kitchen in Berkeley. Even though Michon and I hadn’t seen each other for quite some time, she has continued to check in over the years, so it was truly a treat to see her again.
Although my experience with Michon goes back several years, I am still touched, moved, and inspired by her service—so much so that I am writing about it nearly nine years later. She continues to serve families and individuals with their real estate needs with excellence!
The exceptional customer care Michon provided to my family during a very difficult time helped us transition into a new season. She was fully aware of our situation and, in many ways, became the vessel that carried much of the stress and emotional turmoil we were experiencing. Her empathic listening, proactive communication, and transparency built a foundation of trust. She consistently put our needs first, remained adaptable, and pivoted when necessary.
