Today, after church, I needed to stop at a gas station to get some gas. After contemplating where to go, I landed at Seminary Gas Station, where I encountered this pleasant young man. I was captivated by his quick wit, charm, and humor. I have stopped there for gas before, and he always delivers the best service to everyone.
He is funny and friendly. The few times I have been in the store, I have always left with a smile. Mohamed understands the assignment and what exceptional customer service looks like, and he consistently shows up to serve.
I was going to go to another gas station today, but if I had, I would have missed out on this uplifting interaction. This young man is a strong brand ambassador for the business, and I hope his employer knows what he brings to the table and values his ability to connect with customers.
