“Fortunate to have participated in the recent National Customer Service Association Springfield Chapter meeting this week. I had the chance through that venue to mix and mingle with like-minded local professionals, expand my network and resource pool for idea sharing and best practices, and learn valuable customer service and management principles from a very dynamic and exceptional speaker. What a great association and professional development tool this local chapter has become.”
