Members of the Central Illinois Chapter of the National Customer Service Association were invited to the 2nd Annual Summer Social for a networking event in the beautiful courtyard of the Residence Inn. The Residence Inn graciously hosted the 60 individuals in attendance. Excellent acoustic entertainment was provided by Brook Thomas and the delicious food was sponsored by Bunn Gourmet. This was a great networking event for the several businesses represented. Attendees were given the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who care about great customer service experiences and discuss best practices. Brian Reardon (Board Member) provided insight into the Chapter’s next educational event in September which will cover Social Media and Customer Service.
