Matt Elwell, NCSA EventTraining customer service can be a rewarding and transformational experience for both manager and new associate, or it can be boring, frustrating and counterproductive. How can we create learning experiences our people will LOVE? Join us for a fun, interactive morning session that looks at Customer Service Training through the lenses of Human Performance Improvement and Applied Improvisation. Matt Elwell has been using the principles of improvisation to improve professional performance for 15 years. In this session, he will introduce attendees to the tips and tricks he has used to improve customer service experiences in a variety of organization throughout the Chicagoland Area.
