NCSA Certification Retake Policy
CCSP and DCSP Certifications
The following applies to retakes of all National Customer Service Association certification examinations.
- There is a $95 fee associated with each retake attempt.
- If a certification exam is failed, there is no minimum waiting period before you may retake the exam.
- There is no limit to the number of times you may retake the exam, but if a third attempt is required, we recommend you take ample time to review Managing Service Excellence (for CCSP) or Maximizing Customer Loyalty (for DCSP) before retaking the exam. Candidates who have familiarized themselves with the study guide should not have great difficulty in successfully passing the exam.
- Once an exam is successfully completed, exam retakes are not allowed. The candidate may not take the same exam again unless there has been an announced update to the exam.
To register for the retake exam, please click the button below. You will then be asked to log in using the email and password you created when you first registered, which will take you to the retake registration form. Once you submit the form and the $95 fee online, you will have 30 days to retake exam.
