The 2017 National Customer Service Conference is an excellent venue for reaching out to Customer Service professionals representing a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide vendors with opportunities to promote their products and services and to build mutually beneficial relationships with our Customer Service professional conference attendees.

LIABILITY
The National Customer Service Association will make every reasonable effort to protect the exhibit hall and its contents. It is understood that the Atlanta Hilton and the National Customer Service Association shall not be held liable by an exhibitor for any damage, injury or loss to any persons or property. NCSA reserves the right to refuse an exhibit which it deems inappropriate or objectionable.

INSURANCE
Exhibitor agrees to maintain adequate insurance to protect itself against bodily injury (including death) and property damage claims arising from Exhibitor's participation in The 2017 National Customer Service Conference, including but not limited to worker's compensation as required by law and, commercial general liability insurance in such amounts as are adequate, but in no event less than $1,000,000 on per occurrence basis. Said insurance shall name National Customer Service Association and the Atlanta Hilton as additional insured, and shall state that such policy shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding that the insured has waived its right of action against any party prior to the occurrence of a loss, and shall include a waiver of subrogation against the National Customer Service Association. Proof of liability insurance will be due to NCSA not later than March 24, 2017.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Exhibit tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Within 30 days of conference start, exhibitors will be contacted with assignment of actual conference space.

Please note that payment for exhibit space reflects an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by the National Customer Service Association and to all conditions under which the exhibit area is leased to the NCSA.
