Central Florida NCSA July Chapter Meeting held at Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG)
On Tuesday September 13th the Central Illinois Chapter-NCSA sponsored a presentation and panel discussion at the Prairie Heart Institute to explore the subject of social media and customer service.
Over 65 professionals attended to observe a presentation from keynote speaker, Gemma Long from Gem PR & Media. In addition attendees learned more about the pros and cons of interacting with customers through social media from community social media leaders representing HSHS St. John’s Hospital, Bunn-O-Matic, and Systemax.
