The CIL-NCSA program, “How a Strong-Customer Focused Culture Can Grow Your Business” had approximately 70 professionals attend. Kevin Lust of the Lust Development Group Inc., did an outstanding job sharing the best practices to create a positive customer service culture. The event was hosted by SCHEELS Corporation in Springfield, IL on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. The session consisted of a 30 minute networking breakfast, a 15 minute overview on our chapter, and a 75 minute presentation on best practices to drive customer service.
