NCSA Service All-Star Nomination Guidelines

Now through September 15, 2012, the NCSA will be accepting online nominations for NCSA Service All-Stars. Awards will be presented during October 2012, National Customer Service Month.

Both NCSA Member Organizations and their employees, as well as non-members, are eligible to make nominations and to win awards. An individual, a team or an organization may be nominated for serving internal or external customers.

Each award recipient will receive a Certificate of Merit from the NCSA and will be featured on the NCSA website and in the Fall 2012 edition of Customer First—NCSA’s Official Journal. You, your team or your business can be an NCSA Service All-Star!

You may nominate candidates for:

Service Person of the Year
Presented to the individual who best exemplifies putting the customer first
Service Team of the Year
Presented to the group or team that, through their collective actions, lives service excellence on a daily basis
Service Organization of the Year
Presented to the business that consistently maintains a focused culture of service excellence
   

Award Guidelines

  • Please complete all applicable fields, and click the submit button when you are finished. Incomplete nomination forms cannot be saved.
  • Both NCSA Member Organizations and their employees, as well as non-members, are eligible to make nominations and to win awards.
  • Organizations of all types and sizes and their employees are eligible for nomination. Awards will be categorized based on the number of employees in the organization:
       ~ 100 or fewer employees
       ~ 101 – 1000 employees
       ~ 1001 or more employees
  • Nominations should be based on consistent excellent customer service, rather than a one-time event.
  • You may submit multiple nominations within a given category, but only one nomination per given person, team or organization.
