Service All-Star Nomination GuidelinesNow through September 15, 2012, the NCSA will be accepting online nominations for NCSA Service All-Stars. Awards will be presented during October 2012, National Customer Service Month.
Both NCSA Member Organizations and their employees, as well as non-members, are eligible to make nominations and to win awards. An individual, a team or an organization may be nominated for serving internal or external customers.
Each award recipient will receive a Certificate of Merit from the NCSA and will be featured on the NCSA website and in the Fall 2012 edition of Customer First—NCSA’s Official Journal. You, your team or your business can be an NCSA Service All-Star!

| Service Team of the Year Presented to the group or team that, through their collective actions, lives service excellence on a daily basis |
